AB The Netmate network model is an object-oriented architecture
for storing and managing information about communications
networks.  It is sufficiently general to permit modeling a wide
variety of networks with the same structures allowing the
development of generic network management tools.  The
architecture is extensible, and examples of several user-defined
models are given.
