OUR GOAL IS TO:

Increase awareness about Intellectual Property Rights by
encouraging publishers of any work whether it be on paper
or on the internet or on any other electronic media to:
1) put DATES on their publications or programs, and
2) announce their work on the related usenet or similar
widely available publicly accessible place to prove the
date of the publication for later verification so that
everyone will know who published or solved a problem or
invented a thing at what date.
