TI NETMATE OBJECT MODEL LT CUCS-505-89 OR COLUM YR 1989 AU A. Dupuy AU S. Sengupta AU O. Wolfson AB The Netmate object model is designed to support the modeling of complex networks containing many objects that are related to each other in different ways. The architecture is sufficiently general to permit modeling a wide variety of networks with the same structures, allowing the development of generic network management tools. This object model is provided above a database facility, which may be either object-oriented or relational. Outlines of both relation and object-oriented implementations of this model are given.
