Abstract: The Computer Emergency Response Team Coordination Center (CERTCC)
maintains an archive service for computer security related
clippings. This archive is a central repository for selected
security related Usenet News and mailing list postings. The
purpose of this archive is to provide security information
without the unrelated discussions.  It also provides information
from newsgroups not available to some sites.
